This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between iLand Group ("iLand Group", "we", "us"), a Turkish–Senegalese B2B export group with offices in Istanbul and Dakar, and you, the person accessing the services described below ("you").
It governs use of iLand Group's digital services generally (Part A) and of the i-LandGroup App, our QuickBooks Online integration, in particular (Part B). By accessing or using any of these services you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use them.
Part A applies to our websites, portals and any other software or online service we make available, whether to the public, to commercial counterparties, or to our own personnel. Some services carry additional terms; where they conflict with Part A, the additional terms prevail for that service.
You may use our digital services for their intended purpose: to learn about our business, to communicate with us, and — where you have been granted access — to carry out the commercial or internal functions the service provides. You must not:
Our services, and their content, design, trade marks, text, imagery and underlying software, belong to iLand Group or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership. You may view and print material for your own business use in connection with dealing with us; any other reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation requires our written consent.
We operate in international trade. You must not use our services in connection with any transaction that would breach applicable export control, customs, anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering or sanctions law in Türkiye, Senegal, the European Union or any other jurisdiction whose law applies to that transaction.
Information published on our websites about products, capabilities, routes or availability is provided for general guidance. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply, and it may change. Binding commercial terms arise only under a signed contract, confirmed order or written quotation.
Our services may link to or rely on systems operated by others — carriers, payment providers, software vendors and social platforms among them. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The i-LandGroup App (the "App") connects a QuickBooks Online company file controlled by iLand Group to an AI assistant, so that authorized personnel may query and maintain accounting records in plain language.
The App is a private, internal business tool. It is not published on the QuickBooks App Store, is not available for public sign-up, and is not licensed to third parties. Part B applies in addition to Part A and prevails over Part A in the event of conflict.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, iLand Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to access and use the App, solely for iLand Group's internal business purposes and only for as long as your authorization subsists. The App and its configuration, interfaces and supporting code remain the property of iLand Group and its licensors.
Access is granted individually to personnel designated by iLand Group. You must not share your credentials, tokens or access links with anyone. You must tell us immediately if you believe your access has been compromised. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, without notice, and without liability.

The App uses the QuickBooks Online API provided by Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement, gives no warranty in respect of the App, and bears no liability arising from it. The App is not produced, endorsed, certified or supported by Intuit. QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online and Intuit are trade marks of Intuit Inc., used here for identification only. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your own agreement with Intuit, and the accuracy and completeness of the underlying accounting records remain your responsibility and Intuit's system of record, not ours.
Output is not professional advice. The App uses an AI assistant to interpret data and compose responses. AI systems can misread figures, omit relevant records, misapply accounting treatment, or state incorrect conclusions with apparent confidence.
Nothing the App produces constitutes accounting, auditing, tax, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on any output for statutory reporting, tax filing, audit, financing or any external representation without first verifying it against the source records in QuickBooks Online and, where appropriate, obtaining review by a qualified professional.
You are responsible for exercising professional judgement over any output you act upon. We make no representation that output is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
The App can change the books. Depending on the permissions configured, it may create, amend and delete records in the connected QuickBooks company — including invoices, bills, payments, customers, vendors and journal entries. Those changes take effect in the live accounting records.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any instruction that creates, alters or deletes a record, and for satisfying yourself that the resulting entry is correct before relying on it. Instructions expressed in ambiguous or imprecise terms may produce unintended changes.
iLand Group maintains such backups as it considers appropriate but gives no guarantee that any particular record can be recovered, and accepts no liability for loss, corruption or misstatement of accounting data arising from instructions given to the App by an Authorized User.
How we handle data through our services, including the App, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. You acknowledge in particular that questions submitted to the App, together with the accounting data required to answer them, are transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing as set out in that policy.
Accounting data accessible through the App is confidential information of iLand Group. You must keep it confidential, use it only for authorised purposes, and continue to do so after your access ends.
The QuickBooks connection may be ended at any time, from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps → Disconnect) or at mcp.i-landgroup.com/disconnect. On disconnection the App's authorization is revoked and its access to the company ceases.
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis and depend on systems operated by third parties, including Intuit, our AI provider and our hosting provider. We give no uptime commitment and may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iLand Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, arising out of or in connection with our services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify and hold harmless iLand Group against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of our services in breach of this Agreement or in violation of applicable law.
This Agreement takes effect when you first access a service covered by it and continues until terminated. It terminates automatically when your authorization is withdrawn or, for the App, when the QuickBooks connection is disconnected. Sections 2, 3, 4, 10, 12, 13, 15, 18, 19, 20 and 22 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, save that iLand Group may bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
We may amend this Agreement. The revised version will be published at this address with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it as part of a reorganisation or transfer of business. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between the parties on its subject matter and supersedes any prior understanding.
